Xen is possible one of the most weirdest crushes anyone could ever have, despite her... character. Her veiws and the geth and whats good for the Quarian people, I don't agree with. But, I do admit... I would be lying if I said Daro'xen isn't attractive. Maybe her body? Personality? Her deep voice? (Played by an awesome voice actor by the way.) I don't know... but what ever it is, it keeps on wanting me to talk to her every time I go to the fleet.
As for the pic it self... Not too bad... wish there was some stuff I could of done better, but here it is.

I'm not sure that anything official about her age has ever been released, but going by the sound of her voice and her statements about Gerrel being an "aging warship" I think she's definitely younger than he and Shala. So I'd say mid to early 30's is about right.
I love Admiral Xen and while an unpopular opinion I would happily trade Tali and Legion for her, glad the Quarian Admiral's got more unique looks in ME3
